Great service, good food, and nice atmosphere! Packed house by the time we left. Good sign!

I took my son and daughter yesterday excited to try Franks for the first time. Very disappointing when it comes to service. The restaurant itself is nice although it was super hot assuming their AC was broken. We still decided to stay and dine in. The first waitress was nice until our pizza came out we asked for Parmesan and red pepper and she vanished. The next waitress was also nice but informed me that it was shift change when I got up to look for the check. Service should never change just because your shifts change you will swiftly lose business😞 The pizza was good sadly it will be take out for me.

Excellent service By Gus! He sat us right away and took care to patiently walk us through the menu. The specials sounded amazing but I had my heart set on fettuccine alfredo and I was not disappointed. It was the best I've ever had anywhere. I got it with shrimp and they were gigantic and of very good quality. The sauce was rich and velvety not gloopy or watery. It was the most delicious meal I've had in a long time. Our salads were fresh and the rolls were delicious. Gus treated us like we were his only table and was so knowledgeable and accommodating. We will be back!! Thanks for exceeding our expectations!

Food is great but don't substitute anything as they upcharge without telling you. Very accommodating until the bill arrives.

Loved the pizza! We also got garlic cheese bread, and it was great! The waiter we had was super friendly. We are definitely going back.

We had a birthday dinner booked at a different restaurant, that suddenly closed!! So 10 of us rolled in to Frank's in Once Upon a Time costumes, balloons and a cake and asked if they could accommodate in 15 minutes!! They spun some tables around and had us seated with drinks in hand in the next 10 minutes! Put our cake in their fridge even! They went above and beyond AND the food was DELICIOUS!! Cozy environment! Great Service! Yummy food!! Will definitely be back.

This place is a hidden gem. So amazing. It really reminds me of Italian food we used to get in New York City. You don't have to dress fancy, make a reservation, or wait for an hour to be seated. The prices are great and the food is really top notch.

Pretty good pizza. What would make it better? Cook it longer. I turned this to a 4 star by throwing slices in my toaster oven, which, obviously, I shouldn't have to do. No brown on the bottom, they definitely didn't cook it to perfection.

This restaurant serves the best pizza we've ever had. My husband and I come to visit his parents in Richmond from North Carolina and we make it a point to stop here and get a pizza. Brian is an awesome waiter and always remembers us, even though we only come in a few times a year. The pizza is always consistent and perfect -- homemade dough, the right amount of sauce and fresh cheese and toppings. We start looking forward to stopping in here at least a week before we leave North Carolina. It makes the trip worth it.

Went there with my family a couple weeks ago, I believe our servers name was Betsy she was terrific! Hopefully we will have her next time we go after these trying times have blown over. ❤️😇😭

Blonde haired lady was extremely rude during visit and was very impatient. Ruined the entire experience won’t be coming here again.

The owner was very rude too a employee of his in front of the guests that were coming in to eat. The owner asked the host if the baby was to be placed on his head and was basically telling the guests what exact seating they should be sitting in. The food was good. Our server likes to disappear. When it came too us being ready to go no desert was offered to go drinks nothing. I had to get another server to print my check! I am very disappointed in how the whole time there was.

One day I came in for a bite. When I walked up to the counter 4 or 5 employees were behind the counter talking. Within seconds all of them walked behind a door as I stood at the counter alone. After a few minutes I opened a menu and started looking at the menu. A few minutes later 1 employee came from behind the door grabbed a rag from behind the counter came from behind the counter walked behind me and walked somewhere into the dining Room. I left, never ordered and was never acknowledged by anyone. Will not return.

Food was okay. Nothing to rave about. Service was good.

Best white pizza I've had!

I would like to say I understand the constraints on ordering takeout in this pandemic and will give franks another chance. The food was pretty good but seemed overpriced based on the overall presentation. My food was to be ready at 6:45, which is when I arrived. I went to the door and told two separate people my order. It took another 20 min and my food was placed in melted containers. I ordered garlic bread and it was just an oil soaked roll. Please be more careful when putting orders together. I don't mind the wait if my food look presentable. Again, I understand things are crazy. Thank you for being open and stay safe.
